The houses are designed for more than 20 years of service life. The warranty period is 1 year. We remain committed to resolving all customer issues even after the warranty period.
What is the average lead time?
For stock items, shipment can be arranged within 2 days. For mass production, the lead time is 10-20 days after signing the contract and receiving the deposit.
How can I install the houses after receiving them?
We provide installation videos, instruction manuals, online guidance, or can send professional installation instructors to the site to ensure safety and quality.
