Thanks to its unique flat-pack design, a single 40HQ container can accommodate 12 housing units. Compared to standard container housing, the per-unit shipping cost is drastically reduced, thereby significantly boosting profit margins in international trade.
The housing unit arrives 90% pre-assembled from the factory (including electrical wiring, ceilings, and flooring). Upon arrival at the site, a finished structure can be fully delivered in just 10 minutes with the assistance of a forklift and a crew of 2 to 4 people, utilizing a simple process of lifting and fastening.
It features a reinforced galvanized steel structure, offering exceptional seismic and wind resistance. The roof features a drainage channel design, paired with automotive-grade sealing strips, to ensure the interior remains absolutely dry—even during tropical rainy seasons (such as those in Southeast Asia and South America).

Typically, the lead times are as follows: Prefabricated houses: 7–15 days; Container houses: 10–15 days; Mobile toilets: 5–10 days.

T/T, Cash, or LC. For standard products: 50% deposit before delivery, 50% balance before delivery. Customized Products: Depends on the design.

The service life of prefabricated houses is 10 to 15 years, container houses 15 to 20 years, and villas 50 to 90 years. The warranty period for all houses is 12 months from the date of delivery.
