Product Presentation
The ICS Series Integrated Cooling Station serves as a professional cooling unit designed for flexibility. Depending on the specific cooling load requirements of the user side, it can operate as a standalone unit or be deployed in multi-unit parallel configurations for combined cooling. This series is widely utilized across a diverse range of industries, including Data Centers, Semiconductor, PV Modules, Battery Manufacturing, and Pharmaceuticals.
Smart Data Center
Smart Data Center
The IDC Series Intelligent Data Center is part of the factory-precast container product line. Using prefabricated containers as its foundation, it integrates power systems, IT cabinets, fire protection systems, environmental monitoring systems, intelligent security systems, HVAC systems, lighting systems, and interior decoration systems into a highly modular outdoor data center solution. The IDC series intelligent data centers can replace indoor data centers and are widely used in industries such as telecommunications, IT, finance, and public utilities.
Clean Rooms Project Case
Project Case Collection--Clean Rooms
Foreign Languages College Laboratory: A Class 100,000 cleanroom refers to a controlled environment where the number of dust particles with a diameter ≥0.5μm per cubic meter of air is ≤3,520,000, and microbial limits comply with relevant industry standards. It is widely used in industries such as electronics, food, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. Construction must strictly adhere to the Cleanroom Construction and Acceptance Code (GB 50591-2010), following the principles of "concealment before finishing," "civil construction before purification," and "rough finishing before fine finishing," with phased and orderly implementation.
Modular Data Center Project
Modular Data Center Computer Room Engineering Project
We specialize in the installation of dedicated air conditioning systems and supporting interior fit-outs for modular data centers, committed to delivering a comprehensive solution ranging from hot/cold aisle containment to full facility finishing. By optimizing airflow organization to lower PUE and integrating concealed piping layouts, we build a modern, energy-efficient, and aesthetically pleasing data fortress that is designed for ease of maintenance.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: What are the main applications of the Integrated Cooling Station?
The Integrated Cooling Station (ICS Series) is designed to operate as a standalone unit or in multi-unit parallel setups. It is widely utilized across sectors requiring reliable, flexible cooling capacity, including Data Centers, Semiconductor plants, PV module factories, Battery Manufacturing facilities, and Pharmaceutical laboratories.
Q2: What components are integrated within the Intelligent Data Center (IDC Series) containers?
Our prefabricated container data centers integrate comprehensive functional systems, including structural IT cabinets, power distribution systems, fire protection units, environmental monitoring setups, intelligent security systems, HVAC, specialized lighting, and robust interior decorations.
Q3: What parameters define a Class 100,000 cleanroom design?
A Class 100,000 cleanroom maintains a dust particle count (diameter ≥ 0.5μm) of ≤ 3,520,000 per cubic meter of air. Construction strictly complies with Cleanroom Construction and Acceptance Codes (like GB 50591-2010), maintaining optimal airflow purification and strict seal safety.
Q4: Are the modular containers and reception cabins fully customized?
Yes, we specialize in non-standard customizations. Elements like sizing, voltage levels (220v-380v), spraying processes, core PLC configurations, thermal isolation thickness, and internal layouts can be tailored to meet unique site layouts and cooling profiles.
Q5: How do modular data centers optimize energy efficiency (PUE)?
Energy efficiency is optimized by implementing dedicated air conditioning systems, smart hot/cold aisle containments, and optimized interior airflow layouts. These systems minimize waste heat buildup, resulting in lower Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) values.
