Our warranty is 1 year since the project is done. During the warranty time, if anything has problems, we will replace it. If you can't handle it, we will send an engineer to solve it without any charge.
Can you do cleanroom validation?
Yes, we can provide the documentation of DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ, as well as FAT & SAT. We also provide product operation manuals, maintenance guidance, and a whole set of clean room drawings.
