Seeking for a solution to your construction worker's accommodation? Modular house systems provide a reliable, safe, and efficient choice.
Modular House is a term used to describe the use of factory-produced pre-engineered building units that are delivered to site in modules. These units may form complete rooms or parts of rooms, which are then assembled on-site to create a functional building. The modules can be placed side-by-side, end-to-end, or stacked, allowing a wide variety of configurations and styles.
The modular unit is designed as a light solid construction consisting of floor and roof frames. The system enables compounding of individual containers in longitudinal and transverse directions without limits, as well as stacking up to 3 floors for specific usage.
Floors are constructed with galvanized steel sheets, non-combustible mineral wool insulation, and high-density cement boards, ensuring durability and fire safety. Ceilings utilize sandwich mineral wool panels for superior thermal resistance.
External walls feature mineral wool sandwich panels, providing excellent K-values and thermal insulation. Doors and windows are designed with weather-resistant materials like aluminum alloy or PVC.
Our manufacturing process adheres to strict standards, including CNC plate cutting, robotic welding, and automated shot blasting to ensure high-quality surface finishes and structural integrity.
