About Wall Panel Options

There are four distinct options for the wall panels of the container house to meet varying climate and functional requirements:

Four types of wall panels: EPS sandwich, Rock wool sandwich, PU panel, and PU sealed rock wool panel.

EPS sandwich and rock wool sandwich options can meet most standard environments. If you have special insulation or fire-protection requirements, the PU sealed rock wool panel or solid PU panel are highly recommended for your upgrade options.

How is the Rock Wool Sandwich Panel useful in Modular Kit Homes?

Generally, standard modular kit homes adapt the rock wool sandwich panel as the wall material. It uses refined basalt as the main raw material, combined with a special binder and dust-proof oil using a PE coating. It provides good adhesion, rich color, standard durability, and low cost. The rock wool sandwich panel delivers superior adiabatic performance, excellent sound insulation, and sound absorption capacity. It is highly temperature-resistant, capable of bearing temperatures up to 600 degrees Celsius.

Main Features of Container Houses

Simple Installation

The prefabricated container house looks simple in appearance, but it is highly advantageous in terms of practicality and cost-efficiency. The ground foundation setup is minimal. Simply arrange cement blocks at designated points according to the container's size, and lift the container unit onto them to prevent moisture. The standard flooring of the modular container utilizes fireproof board. If a roof terrace is required, we can substitute cement board to improve waterproofing and rain protection.

Flexible Design

The prefabricated container houses allow full customization of exterior/interior designs and space layouts. The steel structure is simple yet highly functional. It can be equipped with living rooms, separate bathrooms, laundry areas, and kitchenettes. Whether you need two bedrooms, three bedrooms, or other custom designs, we can make it happen. The container housing units are highly customizable and can be painted or styled to suit local preferences.

Comfortable Living Environment

These units boast a high degree of prefabrication, enabling rapid on-site installation. They are detachable, movable, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly. Exceptional thermal and sound insulation provide a comfortable living environment. Built tough and firm, they give residents a sense of security and are robust enough to withstand the local climate variations.
